This company shipped a new one out promptly. I didn't even know I had to replace this filter.
I need to shop around better next time. I thought it was the same with me and figured that maybe why it cost that much to ship. These two items are very light weight, and I don't understand why it cost $9 to ship. I read some reviews and some other people that ordered the same received 4 more in their order.
It must be the filters. The coffee hasn't killed me yet and it tastes great.
Buying in bulk is easier and cheaper, and amazon has always handled my purchases without a hitch. Not much to review, it is a water filter. Coffee is better with filtered water.
Great product. I really thought this was a great offer for the filters, because they were very expensive directly from cusinart. They definately help to make your coffee tastes better.
